Scottish Domestic Abuse and Forced Marriage Helpline

Helpline for anyone experiencing domestic abuse or forced marriage, as well as supportive other people. Can also give information on local Groups.

Scottish Rape Crisis Helpline

Free and confidential support and information by phone, email and text. We offer support to anyone aged 13 and over, of any gender, affected by any form of sexual violence, no matter when or how it happened. 

National Stalking Helpline

This is a confidential service if you're impacted by stalking. They'll provide impartial advice and information to men and women.
